President

Manav Gopal is an extremely dynamic character, calculating while taking risks, Meeting strict target projections and achieving them on time. He has a strong Channel Network for Business Development, Business Module, Sales Drives, Investors, Marketing and acquisitions of New Projects. Strong Business Acumen, Target Oriented Approach, and Amazing Planning and Strategy Skills in Tier I and II Cities.

A graduate Mechanical Engineer, started his career in the shipping Industry in 1991 and became Chief Engineer in a short span of 7 years in Norwegian shipping company, Champion Tankers, matching stringent due diligence norms of World leaders in shipping.

Joined Real Estate in 2005, consulting developers in their Projects in NCR and achieving huge revenues for the Organization at the same time maintaining a shipping profile till February 2012.

He has been engaged with Real Estate giants Umang Realtech for 3.5 years and then Mapsko Builders for another 7 years, driving huge Residential and Commercial sales and Leasing in almost dead markets of NCR and meeting the Sales volumes, defying market dynamics and creating a buzz in the market. A perfect amalgamation of technical aspects and Realty sector dynamics.

During the process of the journey, he has learnt great deal about Business Development, Legal Compliances, RERA implementation and Liasoning thoroughly, besides regular Sales, Marketing and CRM. He has extremely strong Channel Network in the market, second to none, to drive any Project in the market with great zeal and aplomb. He is a pioneer of the realty Industry with extremely strong backing of the market and channel network to drive markets effectively.

With over 25 years of extensive experience in marketing her career trajectory includes senior roles within leading real estate and other organizations, where she honed her skills in 360 degrees marketing including strategic planning, brand building & development, and digital & conventional marketing. With a Ph.D in English and MBA in International Business, she is honored with the prestigious title of "Women Achiever in Marketing" by Realty+.

She is recognized for her ability to craft tailored marketing strategies that resonate with diverse market segments and drive sales and leasing activities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. Leading a dynamic marketing team and fostering collaboration and innovation to deliver impactful campaigns, her leadership and expertise are instrumental in maintaining the company's competitive edge and driving its success in the dynamic real estate market.

Harish Singh Bisht

Finance Head

Harish Singh Bisht is an accomplished Finance professional with over 20 years of experience across the Manufacturing, FMCG, Services, and Real Estate sectors. Holding an MBA in Finance, and an LL.B. specializing in Corporate Law, he brings extensive expertise in financial strategy, corporate finance, fundraising, budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning, and regulatory compliance.

As the Group’s Finance Head, Harish leads financial planning, fundraising, treasury management, and business strategy initiatives. He has played a key role in strengthening financial controls, optimizing capital allocation, and supporting sustainable business growth.

With a strong understanding of RERA, DTCP, Noida Authority regulations, and corporate laws, he ensures robust compliance, effective risk management, and seamless project execution. His strategic vision and leadership continue to contribute significantly to the Group’s financial stability and long-term success.
